It’s here! I could not be more pleased to launch this years Christmas Project for my festive track, ‘Christmas Everyday’! This really has been years in the making! I have always enjoyed performing live, the hard work of rehearsing, the anticipation before you step on stage and the utter joy of performing with other musicians and singers, there is nothing like it. So, with that in mind, I have curated ‘Sarah McGuinness The Live Edit!’ It’s a selection of my live performances from over the years that I have been songwriting and singing that I am thrilled to be able to share with you.
I have been lucky enough to perform in some of the worlds biggest and most incredible venues as well as much smaller intimate gigs and festivals, both experiences humbling and stunning in equal measure, a massive thank you to all the brilliant venues, the fab audiences and my fellow musical professionals that I have performed with!
A lot of this footage is completely candid and before the world of smart phones, demographics, algorithms or even social media (!) so it may have some out of focus shots and the occasional hummed line with a concealed smile! But it’s live and all of that goes with the territory! It’s been great to reminisce about my live performances and to champion Christmas Everyday again, I hope you enjoy my selections, wishing you all a very Merry Christmas.
